Work History

The Stable (Accenture), March 2023 - present

After leaving Nacelle I have continued working in the e-commerce space with The Stable (part of Accenture Song).

I've made an impact on their headless site builds, including implementing changes to one that cut a 30-minute build down to 5.

I'm the tech lead to seven storefronts, overseeing a lot of exciting and challenging work. As tech lead it's my job to make sure my developers are unblocked, and I take some of their pressure off by being the main technical point of contact for clients.

I do full-time dev work on Skims, which uses some new headless Shopify technologies and has been a challenging and exciting project to work on.

Tech that I use regularly includes:

React/Nextjs, React/Remix (Shopify Hydrogen), Vue/Nuxtjs, various Shopify APIs and various 3rd party Shopify App APIs, and the Shopify CLI. I also worked with Contentful and Sanity CMS systems.

Nacelle, August 2021 - Feb 2023

I was a starting member of Nacelle's new Professional Services team. I worked in client codebases on a range of tasks related to site maintenance, including optimizing for SEO and Lighthouse scores, optimizing data fetching, and implementing UI testing.

I mostly work with Nuxt (Vue) and NextJS (React) which was connected to the Nacelle API (either through their custom SDK or through GraphQL queries).

Sites that I have worked on include:

  • Boll & Branch
  • BUBS Natural
  • Rhone
  • Ballsy
  • Ancient Nutrition

The tech that I used while working here included:

Vue/NuxtJS, React/Next, various Shopify APIs, both Rest and GraphQL style APIs, Storyblok, Contentful, Sanity, and the Nacelle platform. Work with this team focused on headless front-end technologies.

160over90, May 2017 - August 2021

At 160over90 a specialist in UI and UX development. I was there for about four and a half years and got to work on a lot of fun projects. These are some of the highlights from the last year I was there:

While at this job I worked with a lot of different technologies, including:
